The Aid Program for the Energy Rehabilitation of Existing Buildings of the IDAE, PAREER,  is expanded and becomes known as PAREER-CRECE . This modification implies an injection of €75,000,000 to increase the initial allocated budget, €125,000,000.

Eligible actions

Those that fall within one of these categories: improvement Special Data of the energy efficiency of the thermal envelope; improvement of the energy efficiency of thermal and lighting installations; replacement of conventional energy with biomass in thermal installations; and replacement of conventional energy with geothermal energy in thermal installations.

Beneficiaries



The owners of existing buildings intended for any use, whether they are natural persons or have legal personality of a private or public nature; communities of owners or groups of communities of owners of residential buildings for residential use, constituted as Horizontal Property; owners who collectively own buildings and have not granted the title constituting horizontal property; building operating, leasing or concessionaire companies; and energy service companies.

Term

Between May 6, 2015 and December 31, 2016. Notwithstanding the above, if there is a remaining budget at the end of the program, and if the evolution of requests makes it advisable, the previous period may be extended at most. until December 31, 2020.
